• All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the goods are received.

• Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible.

• Custom-made or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Any return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
